Qualifications and Requirements for Graduate School and Juris Doctor
QUALIFICATIONS
MASTER’S DEGREE
A bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution of higher learning;
Intellectual capacity and aptitude for advanced studies and research;
Language proficiency, and;
Fulfillment of additional University requirements, such as a health clearance, and other special admission requirements that may be imposed by the unit concerned and/or appropriate Graduate School Office as approved by appropriate bodies.
DOCTORAL PROGRAM
A master’s degree or its equivalent, from a recognized institution of higher learning;
With intellectual capacity and aptitude for advanced studies and research;
Language proficiency, and;
Fulfillment of additional University requirements, such as a health clearance, and other special admission requirements that may be imposed by the College/unit or Graduate Office/Committee concerned approved by appropriate bodies.
JURIS DOCTOR
Obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Arts or Sciences, or a higher academic degree, from an authorized and recognized university or college.
English language proficiency
With critical thinking skills and sound judgment

Original Certificate of Good Moral Character from the university/college last attended
Clear copy of original PSA Birth Certificate
2pcs 2x2 Picture (white background)
Photocopy of COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate/Card (For International Student only)
Only those with complete requirements will be processed.
For those students’ study abroad, all documents must be duly authenticated /apostille stamped from the Philippines Embassy or Consulate of the country where the school is located.
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
A. ONLINE APPLICATION
Visit www.adamson.edu.ph/cfe for the online application of enrollment.
Once logged in, students will have to accomplish the online application form and give consent to the Data Privacy Notice of Adamson University.
Upload the scanned or digital back to back copy (*jpeg, *jpg. *png or pdf format) of the following for initial assessment, to wit;
Transcript of Records*
Passport data page for International students*
Downloadable accomplished Letter of Undertaking (LOU)*
Clear copy of the applicant’s unedited picture 2x2 picture (white background, collared shirt)
COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate/card for international student
*NOTE: * Only those with complete requirements will be processed.
Your application shall be forwarded to your respective Dean for evaluation and accreditation of courses once you passed the initial assessment for your documents. You will also be given applicant number.
After you have passed the evaluation, you will be notified of the schedule of your entrance examination and interview as in the case of a Juris Doctor applicant.
You will be notified of the result of your application together with the confirmation and enrollment schedules if you are accepted into the program. You may also check the status of your application on the website.
B. REGISTRATION
Submit personally or through courier your complete original hardcopy of the documentary requirements applicable to your application to the Admissions and Student Recruitment Office, 900 San Marcelino St., Ermita Manila, 1000 for final assessment of your documents once you are accepted into your selected program. Only those with complete requirements will be processed.
The Admissions Office accepts documents during office hours from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00AM To 5:00PM. The office is closed on weekends and during holidays, and on days when there is a suspension of classes declared by the school or by the National or City Government of Manila.
Proceed to the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) for interview and clearance.
The Admissions office shall issue student number to the applicant.
Using your assigned student number, the nonrefundable down payment of Php5,000 can be paid at the Adamson University Cashier, or to any accredited banks or payment channels. Visit Accepted Modes and Authorized Venues for Tuition Fee Payments for details on how to proceed with the payment.
However, it can take one to three business days to validate your payment through online or phone payment banking system unless payment is made to our Cashier. This payment will be deducted to your total tuition and other fees.
For international student, a separate payment of php10,000 is required as acceptance fees.
All payment transactions made beyond the enrollment period will not be considered as down payment except expressly allowed by the Registrar.

Using your student number as USERNAME and assigned temporary password, you may now enlist your courses through eLearning Account. Follow the enrollment schedule as sent to your email.
Present your Certificate of Enrollment (Registration Form) and Assessment of Fees to the Admissions and Student recruitment Office for your ID and freshmen orientation stub.
Proceed to ID Section for ID capturing
Proceed to university Store for your and school uniform concerns.
Congratulations! You are now officially an Adamsonian.
