Qualifications and Requirements for College Freshmen Applicants
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduating Senior High School Students of the school year preceding the academic year opened for admission;
Senior High School Graduates from DepEd recognized high school (CHED) Memorandum Order (CMO) No. 105, s. 2017) or an accredited secondary school abroad who have not taken any course. who have not taken any course.
Graduates of the old Basic Education Curriculum (BEC) before the implementation of the K12 curriculum who have not taken any course;
Passer of the Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT), Alternative Learning System (ALS), or Non-Formal Education Accreditation and Equivalency (NFEA&E) Program following DepEd regulations and therefore certified eligible for admission to college/tertiary level who have not taken any course.
Filipino student who passed the Bureau Alternative Learning System (BALS or ALS) examination. (The test must be equivalent to G12 SHS)
Dual citizen and non- Filipino first year college applicants including:
International student who graduated in Philippine high schools.
Dual citizen who declares Filipino citizenship.
Permanent Resident with Alien Certificate of Registration.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR INCOMING COLLEGE FRESHMEN
For SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL graduates applicant:
Original copy of Grade 12 report card (Form 138) with the applicant’s eligibility for admission to college duly signed by the school principal.
Original copy of the Certificate of Good Moral Character (Dated not earlier of February of the graduation year) from Senior High School (with school seal)
Clear copy of original PSA Birth Certificate

For INTERNATIONAL STUDENT applicants:
Go to International Students Page for the list of your requirements. Only those with complete requirements will be processed.
For those students who graduated from abroad and using International Curriculum, all documents must be duly authenticated/ apostille stamped from the Philippines Embassy or Consulate of the country where the school is located.
For graduates of NON-FORMAL EDUCATION ACCREDITATION and EQUIVALENCY or graduates of ALTERNATIVE LEARNING SYSTEM ACCREDITAION AND EQUIVALENCY
Certificate of Rating (with passing marks in all subjects)
Clear copy of PSA Birth Certificate
Original Certificate of Good Moral Character (dated not earlier than February of the graduation year) from the high school (with school seal)
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
A. ONLINE APPLICATION
Visit the CFE Page for the online application of enrollment.
Once logged in, students will have to accomplish their student profiles and give their consent to the data privacy notice of Adamson University.
Upload the scanned back to back copy (*jpeg, *jpg, *png or pdf format) of Grade 12 Report Card (DepEd F-138) or your 2nd or 3rd Grading grades if F-138 is not yet available for initial evaluation or Certificate of Rating for ALS or PEPT passers.
Once approved, the student applicant shall be given his/her applicant number.
You will be notified of the result of your application together with the confirmation and enrollment schedules if you are accepted into the program. You may also check the status of your application on the website.
B. REGISTRATION
Submit personally or through a reliable courier your complete original hardcopy of the documentary requirements applicable to your application to the Admissions and Student Recruitment Office, 900 San Marcelino St., Ermita Manila, 1000 for final assessment of your documents once you are accepted into your selected program. Only those with complete requirements will be processed.
The Admissions Office accepts documents during office hours from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00AM To 5:00PM. The office is closed on weekends and during holidays, and on days when there is a suspension of classes declared by the school or by the National or City Government of Manila.
The Admissions office shall issue student number to the applicant.
Using your assigned student number, the nonrefundable down payment of Php5,000 can be paid at the Adamson University Cashier, or to any accredited banks or payment channels.
However, it can take one to three business days to validate your payment through online or phone payment banking system unless payment is made to our Cashier. This payment will be deducted to your total tuition and other fees.
For international student, a separate payment of Php10,000 is required as acceptance fees.
All payment transactions made beyond the enrollment period will not be considered as down payment except expressly allowed by the Registrar.

Present your assigned student number and down payment receipt to the Admissions and Student Recruitment Office for registration.
After registering, you will be provided with your Certificate of Enrollment (Registration Form) and Assessment of Fees together with the request for F-137 to be given to your former school and ID and Freshmen Orientation Stub.
Proceed to the ID section for ID capturing.
Proceed to the University Store for your school uniform concerns.
Congratulations! You are now officially an Adamsonian.
