APPLICATION PROCEDURES
STEP 1: ONLINE APPLICATION
Visit the website www.adamson.edu.ph, click the Senior High School Tab for the online application of enrollment.
Once logged in, students will have to accomplish their student profiles and give their consent to the data privacy notice of Adamson University.
Applicants for STEM Strand.
No grades below 80 for Science, Math, Computer, and English subjects for each quarter
No failed grades in all subjects for each quarter
Applicants for ABM and HUMSS Strands
No failed grades in all subjects for each quarter
Upload the scanned back to back copy (*jpeg, *jpg, *png, or pdf format) of SF9 (F-138) of your 1st to 3rd Grading grades for initial evaluation.
For ALS or PEPT passers upload scanned copy of Certificate of Rating and diploma.
Once approved, the student applicant shall be given his/her applicant number.
STEP 2: REGISTRATION
Submit personally the admission requirements in an original hardcopy and present the screen shot of application number in the Adamson University Senior High School Admission Computer Laboratory 16 near University Store.
The SHS Admissions Office accepts documents during office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00AM To 4:00PM. The office is close on weekends and during holidays, and on days when there is a suspension of classes declared by the school or by the National or City Government of Manila.
The SHS Admissions officer shall issue student number to the applicant.
Using your assigned student number, the nonrefundable down payment of Php5,000 can be paid at the Adamson University Cashier.
Return to the Computer Laboratory 16 and present the down payment receipt to the Senior High School Admissions officer for encoding of section.
After Encoding, you will be provided with your Certificate of Enrollment (Registration Form) with Assessment of Fees and
Proceed to the University Store for your school uniform concerns.
Purchasing of books shall be announced on or before the opening of the First Semester.
Congratulations! You are now officially an Adamsonian Student!
FOR GRADE 12 TRANSFEREE APPLICANTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant must have completed the Grade 11 courses from his/her previous school.
