For Enrollment Qualification, Requirements and Procedures


FOR INCOMING GRADE 11 STUDENT APPLICANTS

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1. Graduating Junior High School Students: Students who are graduating from Junior High School in the current school year and intend to enroll in Grade 11 for the upcoming academic year.
  • 2. Passers of the Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) or the Alternative Learning System (ALS).
  • 3. Dual Citizen and Non-Filipino Grade 11 Applicants including:
    • International students who graduated from Philippine high schools
    • Dual citizens who declare Filipino citizenship
    • Permanent residents with an Alien Certificate of Registration.

Application Procedures

Step 1: Online Application

  1. Visit www.adamson.edu.ph and click the "Senior High School" tab to access the online enrollment application.
  2. Create an Account:
    • On the upper right side of the page, click “Apply now”.
    • Complete your student profile and provide consent to Adamson University’s data privacy policy.
  3. Strand Requirements
    • STEM Strand Applicants: Must have a general average of at least 80.00.
    • ABM & HUMSS Strand Applicants: No failing grades in any subject for each quarter.
  4. Upload Documents for Evaluation
    • Grade 10 students: Upload a scanned copy (back-to-back) of your SF9 (F-138) 1st and 2nd grading periods in .jpeg, .png, or .pdf format.
    • ALS or PEPT passers: Upload your Certificate of Rating and Diploma.
  5. Once your application has been evaluated, you will receive an applicant number through your registered email.

Step 2: Registration

  1. Submit personally the initial requirements upon admission
    • Submit the original copies of your admission requirements and present the screenshot of your application number to the Senior High School Records and Admissions Office at Adamson University (2nd Ffloor, Cardinal SantosS Building):.
    • a.) Certified true copy of your Grade 10 Report Card within the 1st to 2nd grading period (with school dry seal);.
       For ALS and PEPT passers: Ooriginal copy of Certificate of Rating and certified true copy of Diploma (with school dry seal);.
      b.)Certificate of Good Moral Character with school seal;
      c. ) Original and two (2) photocopies of PSA Birth Certificate ; and
      d.) Two (2) 2x2 pictures
  2. The SHS Admissions Staff will assign and provide your student number.
  3. Settle the non-refundable Php 5,000 down payment at the Adamson University Cashier (Ground Floor, Cardinal Santos Building) using your student number.
  4. Return to the SHS Admissions Office with the down payment receipt for encoding of section.
  5. After encoding, you will receive your Certificate of Enrollment (Registration Form) along with the Assessment Fees.
  6. Proceed to the University Store to purchase your school uniform.
  7. Purchasing information will be announced before the start of the semester.
  8. Congratulations, you are now an Adamsonian! Welcome home, Klasmeyt!

Note: The SHS Admissions Office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The office is closed on weekends, holidays, and during class suspensions declared by the school or government authorities.

FOR INCOMING GRADE 12 TRANSFEREE STUDENTS

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • The applicant must have completed Grade 11 courses from their previous school.

Application Procedures

  2. Create an Account
    • On the upper right side of the page, click “Apply now”.
    • Complete your student profile and provide consent to Adamson University’s data privacy policy.
  3. Upload Documents for Evaluation
    • Upload scanned copies of your Grade 11 1st and 2nd semester report card for initial evaluation.
    • Choose your preferred strand
      • Accountancy and Business Management (ABM) Strand
      • Humanities and Social Science (HUMSS) Strand
      • Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Strand
        STEM Sub-strands:
        • STEM-Engineering
        • STEM-Science
        • STEM-Technology
  4. Once your application is has been evaluated, you will receive an applicant number sent tothrough your registered email.

      c. ) Original and two (2) photocopies of PSA Birth Certificate; and: Plus two (2) photocopies of the PSA Birth Certificate.
      d.) Two (2) 2x2 pictures in white background wearing corporate attire with nametag.
  2. The SHS Admissions Staff will assign and provide your student number.

FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENT APPLICANTS:

Visit the Adamson University Senior High School Records and Admission Office for assistance and prepare the required documents upon admission.

Requirements for International students:

  • Letter of Application: aAddressed to the Senior High School Principal , indicating the intended strand and last school attended;.
  • Two (2) 2x2 pictures in white background wearing corporate attire with nametag;
  • Original and two (2) photocopies of Report Cards.
  • Official Transcript of Records: aAuthenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in the student's country of origin or legal residence
  • Original and tTwo (2) pPhotocopies of Birth Certificate/Home Register;.
  • Original Certificate of Good Moral Character.
  • Photocopy of Passport Data Page, which: mMust be authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post
  • Original and oOne (1)p Photocopy of the Special Study Permit from the Bureau of Immigration
  • Original and one (1) Photocopy of DepEd Certification to enroll
  • Php 10,000 Acceptance Fee (one-time payment);
  • Php 5,000 Foreign Fee (one-time payment

Note: For graduates from abroad, all documents must be duly authenticated/apostille stamped by the Philippines Embassy or Consulate in the country where the school is located.
