OIA, AUAAI host inaugural alumni in uniform homecoming

Adamson University, through the Office for Institutional Advancement and Adamson University Alumni Association, Inc. (AUAAI), held the institution’s first-ever Alumni in Uniform Homecoming last June 1 at the Carlos Tiu Building’s Co Po Ty Hall.  

The event served as a reunion and tribute to the dedicated service of the University's esteemed alumni who have served in various branches of the military and uniformed services. 

It was a momentous occasion filled with camaraderie, shared memories, and heartfelt gratitude for the sacrifices made by these brave men and women in the line of duty. 

A heartfelt thank you was extended to all the alumni who graced the event with their presence, as well as to those who, despite their absence, continue to offer unwavering support to their alma mater.  

Newly elected officers of the Alumni in Uniform were also announced during the event, namely: 

• Chairman: Commander Severo Cariño 

• President: Commodore Luz Camacho 

• VP for Internal: Gen. Macalintal 

• VP for External: Gen. Salamat 

• Secretary: Capt. VG Gualdaquever 

• Treasurer: Gen. Lina Sarmiento

• PRO: Capt. Makabenta

The said officers took their oath of office in the same event and were led by University President, Fr. Daniel Franklin Pilario, CM.
