Baby Lady Falcons begin second round strong with rout of UPIS

Adamson University’s Girls’ Volleyball Team (GVT) continued to build momentum in the UAAP 87 Girls’ Volleyball Tournament with a commanding victory over the University of the Philippines Integrated School (UPIS), 25-10, 25-14, 25-12, at the Paco Arena, October 20.
With this win, the defending champions remain in joint third place with the University of Santo Tomas, both teams holding a record of 5-2.
Sam Cantada played a key role in Adamson’s victory as she led the charge with 12 points, including an impressive six aces that put significant pressure on the UPIS defense.
The Baby Lady Falcons will look to maintain their momentum as they prepare for a crucial rematch against the Bullpups on Sunday, where they aim for redemption following their first-round loss.
