Adamson University holds 34th Institutional Awards

Adamson University, through the Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO), held the 34th Institutional Awards and Recognition Ceremonies at the Adamson University Theater last February 15, 2018. The annual Araw ng Parangal, whose theme this year is Extraordinary, gave recognition to employees who have served the university from ten to forty years and to the recently retired ones. The awardees received tokens of appreciation that included a plaque, a statue of St. Vincent, a ring and cash, depending on the number of years rendered.

In her opening remarks, Vice President for Administrative Affairs Dr. Venusmar C. Quevedo acknowledged the service that the awardees rendered, which had contributed to the transformation of the university and which has inspired the whole Adamson community.

Both Dr. Quevedo and University President Fr. Marcelo V. Manimtim, CM noted in their respective speeches that nothing could ever compare to the outpouring of gratitude of the awardees’ friends and colleagues for their loyalty and service.
