BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, MAJOR IN OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT WITH SPECIALIZATION IN BUSINESS ANALYTICS PROGRAM DESCRIPTION The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Operations Management program is a four-year program that prepares students to manage the operations of businesses that engage manufacturing, construction, innovation technology, agri-business, as well as services and enterprises, focusing on the need to effectively and efficiently produce and deliver products and services on time and with budget; improve efficiency and achieve business goals. Moreover, the program is anchored in the current CHED Memorandum Order No. 17 Series of 2017 Policies, Standards, and Guidelines. The program curriculum covers all aspects of operations within the organization, including the management of purchase, inventory, production and service quality, logistics, and supply chain, as well as the distribution of goods and services locally and internationally with the use of business analytics. After obtaining a BSBA in Operations Management degree, a graduate can pursue analytical, managerial, or operations careers in a variety of entry-level positions in industrial companies and several industries, including industrial, manufacturing, and technology, such as product design, forecasting, supply chain management and delivery management, merchandising, retail, or any single area of business.
