Dr. Eva A. Dulay’s career and life have been defined by her commitment to building meaningful connections. With more than 16 years in alumni relations and communications, she is dedicated to fostering strong ties within communities. As Director of the Office for Institutional Advancement (OIA), she continues to cultivate relationships that leave a lasting impact.
With 12 years of diverse experience and four years as President of the Adamson University Alumni Association, Dr. Eva’s journey to becoming Director has been driven by a deep passion for community engagement and the power of partnerships.
Every day, Dr. Eva finds reaffirmation in her role as she witnesses alumni giving back through speaking engagements, hosting workshops and free training sessions for students, faculty, and employees, and extending support to the socially disadvantaged communities, beyond just financial contributions.
“I am very happy and proud seeing them with a sense of shared Vincentian identity and purpose among Adamsonians,” she added.
Dr. Eva’s daily responsibilities are centered around strategic planning, event management, communications, and networking to build and nurture a strong alumni network.
“One of the key parts of my role is listening to alumni, staff, partners, and stakeholders so we can continuously improve and innovate more of our alumni events and fundraising efforts,” Dr. Eva shared.
Community-driven events like fun runs, golf tournaments, and benefit concerts are integral to Dr. Eva’s vision for supporting university scholarships, sports programs, and academic services, ensuring students have access to quality education and resources.
While the office faces challenges such as differing schedules due to long distances and outdated contact information, Dr. Eva’s leadership has enabled the office to adapt since the pandemic by embracing flexible communication methods, enabling both online and in-person events regionally and globally.
In line with the OIA’s vision of fostering global alumni connections, preparations for the 6th Global Alumni Reunion in Bangkok, Thailand began over a year ago. The office has been working closely with the local alumni chapter in Thailand and regional alumni leaders worldwide to ensure the event theme celebrated shared memories and reinforced the university’s mission of unity, gratitude, and giving back.
The 6th Global Alumni Reunion, happening March 19-22, 2026, will feature a range of interactive activities, such as welcome dinner, cultural tour, spiritual activities, networking, a formal gala, and updates on university developments. The event promises an improved registration system and more opportunities for bonding.
As the Office for Institutional Advancement brings alumni together in the spirit of gratitude and generosity, Dr. Eva’s leadership ensures that these global reunions continue to embody the Vincentian spirit rooted in community belongingness, service, and compassion. These events reinforce lifelong connections to the university and its mission to serve the marginalized through quality education.
