Adamson University fortified its longstanding partnership with Minghsin University of Science and Technology (MUST), Taiwan, through a strategic visit held on May 20, 2025.

University President Fr. Daniel Franklin Pilario, CM, along with other university administrators, welcomed Dr. Chih-Hung Li, Dean of the MUST College of Engineering, together with his spouse Ms. Judy Li.

The visit included discussions with Sr. Maruja S. Padre Juan, MSCS, AdU Director for University Relations, Dr. Antonio Doroliat and Engr. Lester Olasiman of the Department of Mechanical Engineering. These meetings opened a new chapter of collaboration, focusing on joint engineering research and academic projects that will benefit students, faculty, and both institutions' innovation agendas.

Since 2012, Adamson and MUST have shared an academic alliance grounded in a shared vision for innovation, internationalization and access to global education. The implementation of Dual Degree Programs in Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics, and Computer Science and Information Engineering, has allowed students to earn degrees recognized in both the Philippines and Taiwan, providing them with competitive advantages in international career and research opportunities.

This renewed commitment marks a significant step in further expanding global linkages that enhances Adamson’s academic profile and equips its students with international competencies critical in today’s interconnected world.
