SHS studes triumph in Hip-Hop International-PH

Zamza Tambio and Princess Alyenna Salazar, both from the Senior High School (SHS) Department, have been crowned champions in the National Junior-Varsity Megacrew Division of the Hip-Hop International Philippines competition held on April 6, at the Manila Metropolitan Theater. 

The two dancers are part of the renowned UPeepz crew, which delivered an outstanding performance to secure their victory.

The Hip-Hop International Philippines competition is a prestigious event, attracting the best street dancers from around the country, serving as a platform for local dancers to showcase their skills and compete for the chance to represent the Philippines in the World Hip Hop Dance Championship. 

Tambio and Salazar’s success in this highly competitive division marks a significant achievement for the SHS Department, reinforcing its growing presence on the dance scene.  

This victory also further solidifies the reputation of the Adamson University Dance Company – Street SHS, known for its high-caliber performances and continued success in national competitions, inlcuding back-to-back silver finishes in UAAP Season 85 and 86, and a gold medal at the Move It, Groove It for a Cause 2024 Dance Competition.
