The College of Computing and Information Technology has renewed its partnership with Innovative Training Works through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed by University President Daniel Franklin Pilario, CM and IT Works Country Manager Mr. Felix Christopher Alegre at the OP Conference Hall, February 7.

This collaboration enhances certification opportunities for students in the College of Computing and Information Technology (CCIT), providing them with industry-recognized credentials to boost their micro-credentials and, in turn, their employability.
The renewed agreement extends certification programs for students enrolled in all year levels of the Bachelor of Science in Information Systems (BSIS), Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT), and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) programs.
Students are expected to take three to four certification exams upon graduation, equipping them with essential industry competencies before finishing their respective academic degrees. With Adamson University serving as an authorized testing center, students gain convenient access to these valuable certifications, ensuring that they meet professional standards in their respective fields of specialization.
While this initiative is currently being implemented within CCIT, discussions are underway to potentially expand the program through the new Adamson Center for Executive Studies (ACES), which would distribute opportunities to the different colleges of the university.
CCIT Dean Dr. Leonard Alejandro and IT Works Account Manager Ms. Jazed Trinidad, who also served as co-signees on the MOA, were also present in the event.
Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Rosula Reyes, Computer Science Chairperson Ms. Ma. Cristina Navarro, and IT&IS Chairperson Mr. Archie Santiago also attended the occasion.
