AdU establishes DOLE Job Placement Office to empower students, graduates

The University has formalized its partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment-National Capital Region (DOLE NCR) and the Public Employment Service Office (PESO Manila) with the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement for the establishment of the DOLE Job Placement Office on campus, December 5.

The partnership signifies a shared commitment to support Adamsonian students and graduates as they transition from education to employment.

This initiative seeks to equip students with the skills and resources needed to succeed in the workforce as services such as career guidance, life skills training, job referrals, placement opportunities, and other programs designed to prepare students for their professional journeys are to be offered, preparing students for real-world challenges.

Fr. Daniel Franklin Pilario, CM, University President, along with University Legal Counsel Atty. Agnes Rivera; Guidance Counseling, Placement, and Testing Services Director Dr. Celso Mangaoil, Jr.; and Guidance and Placement Head Ms. Anna Valentine Morales finalized the agreement for Adamson.

Atty. Sarah Buena Mirasol, Regional Director of DOLE NCR; Mr. Fernan B. Bermejo, PESO Manager, and Assistant Secretary to the City Mayor on Labor and Employment; and Atty. Joel Petaca, Director of DOLE Manila Field Office, meanwhile, attended for the city’s labor offices.
