Adamson’s Baby Falcons put up a determined fight against Far Eastern University-Diliman but bowed 25-15, 25-23, 25-19 to even the season series and keep the two teams tied with identical 5-5 records, October 27 at the Paco Arena.
The Baby Falcons remain well within reach of a Final Four spot as they enter the home stretch of the season.
In a tightly contested second set, Adamson’s resilience shone as they pushed the Baby Tamaraws to their limits, narrowly missing the set at 23-25.
Despite the final scoreline, the Baby Falcons showed formidable effort and skill throughout the match, with their offense testing FEU-D’s defense and keeping fans on the edge of their seats.
Jims Ducusin led the San Marcelino-based squad with 16 points, all from attacks, while Juris Guevarra flaunted the defensive skills that got him a spot on the national team, registering 12 excellent digs and 13 excellent receptions.
