NEITC-DOLE dialogue held at Adamson

Adamson’s Co Po Ty Hall served as the venue for the National Education Tripartite Council (NEITC) dialogue with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), represented by Assistant Secretary Lennard Constantine C. Serrano on behalf of Secretary Bienvenido E. Laguesma, September 27.
The event brought together key stakeholders in the education and labor sectors to discuss policies and initiatives affecting the workforce.
Delegates from nine regions—Region 1, Region 3, Region 4, Region 5, Region 7, Region 9, Region 11, Region 12, and the National Capital Region—were in attendance, reflecting the national scope of the dialogue.
The gathering also saw the participation of several prominent figures, including Atty. Joel P. Petaca, Director II of the DOLE Manila Field Office, Atty. Sarah Bueno S. Mirasol, Regional Director of DOLE NCR, Ms. Jaz Ann Sumalinog from the Bureau of Local Employment, and Labor Arbiter Ma. Consuelo S. Bacay, Officer-in-Charge of the DOLE Bureau of Labor Relations.
Representing Adamson were Vice President for Financial Affairs and Acting President Fr. Rafael K. Eloriaga, CM, Atty. Agnes Velasquez Rivera, AdU Legal Counsel and outgoing NEITC President, along with officers from the Adamson University Faculty and Employees Association (AUFEA).
The dialogue provided a platform for productive discussions on labor issues, education policies, and employment conditions in the country, aiming to foster stronger collaboration between education institutions and the labor sector.
