Light from the Heart, a new collection of deeply spiritual reflections by Adamson University’s Vice-President for Financial Affairs, Fr. Rafael K. Eloriaga, CM, was officially launched last August 11 at the CM Central House in San Marcelino Street, Manila.

The event brought together Fr. Eloriaga's family, friends, confreres, and members of the Adamson community in a gathering of faith and celebration, underscoring the book's theme of spiritual contemplation and inspiration.

The launch began with a solemn Mass, presided over by Fr. Eloriaga himself, creating a reverent atmosphere for this special occasion, followed by a series of moving speeches, including words from Fr. Peter Solis, CM, Provincial Visitor of the Congregation of the Mission in the Philippines, who lauded Fr. Eloriaga’s devotion to his faith and his ability to inspire through writing. Ms. Milette Orosa, a close collaborator and supporter, also shared insights on the book and its author, Fr. Eloriaga.

The event also offered attendees an enriching tour of the Museo ng Medalya Milagrosa, where Fr. Rolando Limjoco, CM, guided guests through an exhibit that beautifully complemented the book's themes. The tour added a layer of historical and spiritual insight, showcasing artifacts that highlighted the enduring devotion to the Miraculous Medal and the Vincentian community's mission.

With the event concluding, attendees left with copies of Light from the Heart, and inspired by the day’s experiences, while also looking forward to Fr. Eloriaga’s book as a lasting source of guidance and encouragement through reflections that invite readers to explore faith more profoundly and to find light amid life's challenges.
