Petroleum Eng’g coordinator represents AdU at International Summer Institute in Russia

Engr. Jayson D. Binay, Petroleum Engineering Program Coordinator of the Chemical Engineering Department, brought Adamson University's colors to the International Summer Institute Project in Tyumen, Russia. 

The program, running from July 25 to August 12, 2024, focuses on "Oil Horizons in Siberia" and covers crucial topics such as the development of oil and gas wells in Western Siberia, methods for increasing oil recovery and intensifying inflow, hydrodynamic modeling, and the use of computer simulators for the oil and gas complex. 

Engr. Binay joined 25 other researchers from eight countries at this prestigious event, which was initiated by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. 

The said participation of Engr. Binay was made possible through the collaboration of the international relations offices of the University (Office for University Relations) and the Industrial University of Tyumen, Russia. 

This involvement highlights Adamson's commitment to global collaboration, advanced research in petroleum engineering, and opportunities for knowledge exchange and professional development in oil and gas exploration and production.
