University opens College of Computing and Information Technology

Adamson has officially opened its College of Computing and Information Technology and inaugurated the college’s founding Dean.
The move marked a significant event for the college, coming on its own after years of previous affiliation with the College of Science.
Dr. Leo Alejandro, a faculty member from the Information Technology and Information Systems Department, has been appointed as the inaugural Dean to spearhead AdU’s youngest academic body.
The newly established college now houses the Bachelor of Science degree programs specializing in Information Technology, Information Systems, and Computer Science.
Additionally, Mr. Archie Santiago has been appointed as the new Chairperson of the IT & IS Department within the college.
