CoN alum ranks 6th in Midwifery boards; four also make it in NCLEX

The University’s College of Nursing continues to rise as one of the better nursing schools in the country after posting exemplary results in two licensure exams.
Ray Christian Moreno, an alumnus from CoN Batch 2012, achieved remarkable success in the April 2024 Licensure Examination for Midwives. As the lone taker from Adamson, Moreno secured 6th place with a 90.20% rating.
This batch of board exams features 1,698 passers out of 2,975 hopefuls, reflecting a passing rate of 57.08%.
In related news, CoN also posted a perfect passing rate in the May 2024 Nursing Licensure Examination as Andrea Mae Bernardo, Almira Kezzia Maang, Lee Christian Oliva and Joanne Perez successfully hurdled the exams to become registered nurses.
The national passing rate for the May 2024 NCLEX stands at 69.72%, or 7,749 passers out of 11,116 takers.
