Univ sends off new batch of Mechatronics studes

The Office for University Relations headed by its Director, Sr. Maruja Padre Juan, MSCS, hosted a send-off event for 10 Mechanical Engineering (ME) students today, September 8 at the Co Po Ty Hall of the Dr. Carlos Tiu Center for Innovation and Research Building.
The said ceremony was also attended by the 6th Mechatronics batch’s parents, ME Department faculty members and University administrators.
Among those who are set to embark to their journey in Minghsin University of Science and Technology (MUST) in Taiwan are Angelo Ray Mendoza, Joemarr John Sy, Kirsten Lynx Valenzuela, Samantha Isabel Roxas, Paolo Isaac Tomelden, Christofer Ryan Molar, Grant Emmanuel Magbilang, Aaron Matthew Dator, Hanz Joseph Daza and Soren Daniel Abuan.
The students will leave for Taiwan on September 11 to begin their two-year study in the ME Dual Degree Program in Mechatronics, an academic partnership of AdU and MUST.
In a separate event, Officers of the Adamson University Alumni Association Inc. (AUAAI) led a Memorandum of Agreement Signing between the AUAAI and Adamson University for the Manuel Wong Scholarship Grant for the AdU- MUST Mechanical Engineering major in Mechatronics program, further improving the support that students taking the said dual degree course has received.
