Lady Falcon batters’ chief is new Blu Girls head coach

As if it has not reached impeccable heights yet, the softball career of Lady Falcons mentor Ana Santiago has once again taken flight after she was hailed as the new head coach of the Philippine Softball Team. 

The development was released by the Amateur Softball Association of the Philippines through their social media page.  

“Coach Ana Santiago is taking the lead as the new head coach of RP Blu Girls,” the organization announced, also mentioning that she will have former national team coach Randy Dizer as her main deputy. 

Santiago is recognized as one of the most decorated personalities in Philippine softball. She is the architect of Adamson’s 10-peat championship this UAAP 85, with her teams dominating the event for more a decade. 

A former player under legendary coach Boy Codinera, she has continued the winning culture and mastery that the institution’s softball team has been known for in the UAAP.
