The country’s golden boy in gymnastics, Carlos Yulo, continues to build his legacy after securing a maximum four out of four medals at the 32nd Southeast Asian Games held May 5 to 17 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The Adamson Basic Education Department alum took home the gold medal in the individual all-around competition at the National Stadium in Phnom Penh, and silver for the Philippines in the team event.

He then bagged the parallel bars title and finished second on rings in the second day of competitions.

Caloy now has a total of 18 medals in the regional competition, nine of them are of the golden variety.

Gymnasts in this year’s SEAG were limited to participate in only four event finals. There was no women’s competition.
