Barbie Jamili has landed on the Falcons’ Nest.

AdU Athletics Director and UAAP Board of Managing Directors member Fr. Aldrin Suan, CM revealed that Jamili has already enrolled in the University for the second semester.

The 19-year-old spiker will be eligible for the Lady Falcons come UAAP 86.

AdU Women’s Volleyball Team main booster Akari announced the development, posting a photo of Jamili along with Lady Falcons head coach Jerry Yee and Akari Sports Director Russel Balbacal.

Akari also announced earlier in the week that Jamili is their newest brand ambassador.

“Barbie will contribute as an RS (receiver/spiker),” Yee said of his plans on his new recruit from Liloan, Cebu. “It’s always a battle of who can receive the ball and contribute sa spikes better.”

He already saw flashes of the outside hitter’s talents when they faced her former team, the FEU Lady Tamaraws in the Shakey’s Super League and V-League.

Jamili is a product of the stacked Nazareth School of National University along with the likes of Faith Nisperos and Mhicaela Belen. She then moved to FEU and donned their colors for the first semester before eventually settling in San Marcelino.
