Lastimosa off to Dubai for to rep PH in invitationals

Jerom Lastimosa ended up with a new team after all.
The shifty guard from Dumaguete was recruited by the STRONG Group to be one of the players who will represent the Philippines in the Dubai International Championship scheduled this January 27 to February 5.
Coach Charles Tiu who will lead the team expressed excitement with the King Falcon’s arrival, saying the international experience would do Lastimosa great help as well.
Mighty Sports, which represented the country in 2020, won the 2020 in their Dubai stint.
The STRONG Group contingent features former National Basketball Association players Nick Young, Renaldo Balkman and Shabazz Muhammad, and naturalized Filipino Angelo Kouame.
Amateur standouts Justine Baltazar, Will Gozum, BJ Andrade, Migz Oczon, Francis Lopez, JD Cagulangan and Inand Fornillos are also included in the team as well as Fil-Am guard Sedrick Barefield.
Mighty Sports, which represented the country in 2020, was the last Philippine contingent to rule the said Dubai stint.
