The Jerry Yee recruitment train has begun.

Former Central Philippine University Golden Lion Athea Jamine Aposaga has committed to play for the Lady Baby Falcons for their UAAP 85 campaign.

In a report from local online news firm Panay News, Aposaga is already in Manila to train for the incoming girls’ volleyball tournament expected to resume once the collegiate league resumes.

“I am glad to be given another opportunity to play here in Manila, and now in a prestigious and competitive school, in terms of volleyball, in Adamson,” Aposaga said during her interview with Panay News.

“Actually, I am the one who approached (Adamson Lady Falcons) coach Jerry (Yee) and since he was already familiar with me, he recommended me to Adamson’s high school team,” she added.

Yee has initially recruited Aposaga for Hope Christian School in 2017 but the latter opted to return to her home province.

Aposaga is expected to boost a Lady Baby Falcons lineup that last played last UAAP 82, and whose members have moved on to the seniors division.
