CE studes get to finals of Eng’g design competition

Students from the Civil Engineering Department made it to the final round of the Philippine Association of Engineering Schools’ (PAES) Undergraduate Engineering Design Contest, which results were released last November 26.
Alvin Marc Arañes, Miguel Caparas, and Mat Efraim Maligaya bannered Adamson through their study titled Evaluation of Dried Hyacinth Stem as Woven Geotextile for Soil Erosion Control.
Dr. Maria Cecilia Marcos, and Engr. Crispin Lictaoa stood as the team’s advisers.
