246th NROTC hailed ROTC Unit of the Year

The University's 246th Naval ROTC Unit was awarded AFP ROTC Unit of the Year during the closing ceremony of the 42nd National Reservist Week held last September 17, at the Lapu-Lapu Grandstand in Camp Aguinaldo.
Themed Laang-Kawal: Sulong Tungo sa Matatag na Sandatahang Lakas, Katuwang sa Seguridad at Pag-Unlad ng Bansa, the event honored the country's outstanding Reservists and Reserve Units.
"We would like to congratulate and express our gratitude to everyone who brought honor and triumph to the 246th NROTCU-AdU, Raising the Bar of Excellence nationwide!" they wrote on their social media.
AdU's ROTC Unit outclassed the 526th DAST (Philippine Air Force) West Visayas State University, and Tagoloan Community College (Philippine Army) for the said accolade.
