Eng’g prof flings blue and white in Springer webinar

Dr. Angelo Beltran recently served as Resource Speaker in an Applied Sciences Webinar hosted by academic publisher Springer Nature held last July 5.
Dr. Beltran discussed topics on Fuzzy Logic-based Maximum Power Point Tracking Using Opal RT Real-Time Machine for Solar PV System.
The said session addressed the ‘maximum power point tracking for solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.’
“In this talk, the fuzzy logic control technique using Opal-RT machine is presented [and its] effectiveness is compared with the perturb and observe algorithm,” the session briefer said.
Dr. Beltran currently teaches at the Electronics Engineering Department.
