Dr. Ruben Nayve, Jr. continues to add accolades to his resume as the organization that he is leading has been chosen as one of the top awardees of the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

The Council of Economics Educators, Inc. (CECON), where Dr. Nayve is Chairman emeritus, was hailed as one of BSP’s Outstanding Stakeholders for the 2021 Fiscal Year.

“Through it all, your steadfast support of the [BSP], its programs, and initiatives has been resolute,” the letter from BSP Governor Benjamin Diokno said, also recognizing recent calamities and the pandemic that caused a sudden shift and devastation to the country’s and the world’s economic state.

Already an accomplished academician and practitioner, Dean Nayve assumed the helms of CBA last May after recent Dean, Dr. Brigida Octavio retired. Marketing and Management Chair Dr. Amy Daraway was OIC before Dr. Nayve was seated.
