VPA gets nod as PCT accreditation representative

Dr. Venusmar Quevedo, Vice President for Administrative Affairs, was recently hailed as Principal Representative for Industrial Engineering under the Philippine Technological Council’s (PTC) Accreditation and Certification Board for Engineering and Technology (ACBET).
Along with Dr. Quevedo as members of the IE Board are Dr. Ma. Cecilia Carlos, Vice President of Mesaland Development Corporation, and Dr. Aura Matias of UP Diliman.
PTC-ACBET “accredits engineering programs in accordance with the policies, processes and procedures, and authorities as spelled out in its Certification and Accreditation System for Engineering Education (CASEE).”
All of the University’s Engineering programs are currently recognized by the said accrediting organization.
