Guidelines in the Conduct of Coordinated Final Examination (2nd Semester SY: 2020-2021)

1] The holding of a uniform schedule of Final Examination based on subject classifications (General Education/Professional subjects) shall be held on May 24- May 29, 2021 using the Blackboard Learn.

2] No synchronous and asynchronous classes may be conducted during the examination period.
Students are only required to attend scheduled examinations during the week. (Note: Reversion to original examination week set-up before the implementation of flexible learning shall resume upon return to face-to-face examinations).

3] Blackboard learn shall be accessible during the whole examination week following the suspension of the implementation of the “No Permit, No Exam Policy” for the Final Examination, this current semester. (VPF Memo No. 6 s. 2021)

4] Faculty members must inform their students of their examination schedules and should strictly adhere with the designated dates.

5] In case of conflicts due to simultaneous enrollment of courses, the following order of precedence shall be observed:

1st Priority : On-Sem On-Year
2nd Priority : Off-Sem On –Year
3rd Priority : On-Sem Off-Year
4th Priority : Off-Sem Off year

All affected students are advised to coordinate with the faculty assigned with the subjects in conflict and request for a new schedule by way of a special examination.

6] Colleges/departments may exercise the option of assigning proctors during the examination.

7] For courses with multimedia files as a final assessment, you are required to open a shared folder with your students in your g-drive accounts and link this to Blackboard as the final assessment submission portal.
