PolSci alum gets Gawad Filipino 2020 nod

Political Science alumnus Major Ian Andres R. Fabellon was chosen as one of the recipients of Gawad Filipino's Heroes of the Year award.
“Maraming salamat sa pag ambag at pagtulong malaki man o maliit sa ilalim ng pandemya laban sa [Covid-19]. [S]aludo po [kami] sa inyong kontribusyon,” the organization’s Facebook page wrote.
This year’s Gawad Filipino Heroes Award, features a select group of 100 Filipinos who gave significant contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The annual event aims to recognize the exceptional Filipino individuals with their passion and work ethics that embody Filipino culture and tradition especially in helping humanity.
Other 2020 awardees include Manila Mayor Isko Moreno, and NCRPO heads PBGen. Vicente Danao, Jr. and PLtCol. Jenny Tecson.
