Soaring Falcons secure future with new sniper

The Soaring Falcons has added another sniper to its lineup after securing the commitment of Fil-Italian Roger Syvels Delos Reyes.

Coach Franz Pumaren himself flew to Milan to recruit the 5’11 shooter who has already played club basketball since he was 12.

The 21-year old last played for Basketown Milano in Italy’s Serie C, and has suited up for POL SDM from 2012 to 2014, and Milano3 from 2014 to 2020.

Delos Reyes is expected to begin his four-year UAAP stint on Season 83 to help the Soaring Falcons get back to the Final Four after finishing sixth last season.

Aside from Delos Reyes and new recruits Jouaquin Jaymalin from Ateneo High School and Jhon Calisay and RV Yanes from TIP, the San Marcelino squad is expected to sport a youthful core led
by graduating star Jerrick Ahanmisi and sophomores AP Manlapaz and Joem Sabandal.
