Library partners with OMF Lit-Hiyas for online storytelling

A new partnership has been forged by the Library Services department in delivering education to the doorsteps of its young learners.

In its Facebook post, the Library acknowledged the OMF Literature-Hiyas for letting them use the latter’s books in the department’s online services. 

“Special thanks to OMF Literature-Hiyas for granting the library services department use of their published books for our online storytelling sessions,” library wrote on the said post. 

On July 9, Ms. Ma. Elvira Pineda delivered the story, “Basta Ayoko pang Matulog” written by Luis Gatmaitan,MD, and illustrated by Sergio Bumatay III.

The said story is the seventh installment of the library’s initiative to provide alternative learning for the pupils of the elementary department and some partner communities during the time of quarantine and the coronavirus pandemic.
