AdU adopts online mode via Blackboard LMS

Adamson University has subscribed to Blackboard as its new Learning Management System (LMS) as it prepares to shift to online and flexible learning in the coming school year.
Dr. Catherine Castañeda, Vice President for Academic Affairs, announced the development through a memorandum released last May 29.
“Adamson University will embark on flexible (distance) learning using online mode through the adoption of the Blackboard LMS for the new school year,” VPAA Memorandum No. 8, S.2020 stated.
“Please take note that all students will stay at home, engaging in flexible learning for the duration of the First Semester of SY 2020-2021.”
Blackboard is the largest education technology and services company in the world which caters to academic institutions all around the globe, including several of the largest Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the country.
