Freshmen Enrollment Advisory

Freshmen applicants for SY 2020-2021 may now begin their ONLINE ENROLLMENT through our portal at https:www.adamson.edu.ph/cfe/.
Please be guided by the following NOTICES:
[1] Requirements
During enrollment:
Scanned or digital copy (*jpeg, *jpg, or *png format) of F-138 or the most current SHS Report Card (Third Grading Period).
After enrollment:
Within two (2) weeks from the start of classes, the following requirements must be submitted to the Admissions and Student Recruitment Office (ASRO). Failure of the student to submit the requirements within the prescribed period may result to the cancellation of his/her enrollment.
- Original copy of Grade 12 report card (Form 138) with the applicant’s eligibility for admission to college duly signed by the school principal.
- Original copy of the Certificate of Good Moral Character (with the school seal)
- Original copy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Two (2) pieces 2x2 ID picture (plain background)
- One (1) long brown envelope to contain all of the above.
[2] Down payment
Downpayment for freshmen is P10,000.00 payable in two (2) parts. After securing an enrollment slot, applicant must pay the initial downpayment of P5,000.00 while the second part must be paid at any time before the start of classes. Applicant may, however, opt to pay the downpayment one-time upon enrollment.
[3] ID Processing
ID processing will take place at the start of classes. Schedules will be announced by the Office for Institutional Development and External Affairs (IDEA).
[4] Freshmen Orientation
Attendance to freshmen orientation is mandatory. Schedules of orientation will be provided by the Office for Student Affairs (OSA).
[5] Academic Assessment
Freshmen students will undergo academic performance assessment at any time during the 1st semester of SY 2020-2021 with their respective Program heads for academic intervention and guidance.
Important Reminders:
- Adamson University respects the sanctity and confidentiality of student’s personal data in accordance with RA 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
- Applicant must adhere to the regulations of the school against membership in unrecognized fraternity/sorority and of sporting exposed body marks or tattoos.
