World Gymnastics champion Carlos Yulo proved grateful to his roots after coming back to Adamson where he spent his Junior High School Education.

Students from the Basic Education Department flocked the grounds as Yulo went up the BED stage, cheering the 19-year old gymnast who has secured a slot in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Caloy, as his associates call him, also attended a courtesy call to the BED principal’s office where Mr. Daniel B. Saroca Jr., BED Principal, together with other university officials and employees welcomed him with Adamosonian hospitality.

The Adamson Grade 10 completer is now enrolled in Teikyo University where he aims to finish his degree in Literature while bannering the Filipino flag in different world competitions.
