Trisha Genesis and the Lady Falcons did just enough to put away the College of St. Benilde (CSB) Lady Blazers, 25-12, 21-25, 25-22, 19-25, 15-11, and force a final and deciding game of their semi-finals match-up in the PVL Collegiate Conference, Wednesday, at the Filoil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

Genesis punched 24 markers coming from 21 attacks and three service aces, and 15 excellent receptions. The former Palarong Pambansa standout also led the Lady Falcons as they close out the game in the final set.

Rookies Lucille Almonte and Rizza Cruz also had a splendid performance, posting 12 points each while fellow Kings Montessori School alum Louie Romero kept the Falcon offense going with 18 excellent sets, 19 excellent digs, and six points punctuated by three service aces.

The Lady Falcons succumbed to the Taft-based team in a tightly-contested game 1 meeting, 26-24, 29-27, 17-25, 21-25, 15-13 last Sunday.

Game 3 will be this Sunday at the same venue.
