“Happy, happy” is on as Lady Falcons extend streak in PVL

The Lady Falcons quickly showed flashes of the Tai Bundit system as they cruised to their third straight victory, thrashing the San Sebastian College-Recoletos (SSC-R) Lady Stags, 25-18, 25-10, 25-14, in the Premier Volleyball League Season 3 Collegiate Conference at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

Bundit observed during the match as the Lady Falcons pounced on their opponents coached by Roger Gorayeb, who was replaced by the former as chief tactician for the Ateneo Lady Eagles years ago.

The Creamline Cool Smashers coach was tapped by Adamson sponsor Akari to train the Lady Falcons for two months but his status on the team remains unclear after rumors surfaced that he will eventually be named as the team’s head coach.

Adamson will face fellow undefeated team Ateneo on September 8 for a Final Four slot.
