Adamson claws San Sebastian; books Filoil Final Four slot

Simon Camacho almost posted a triple-double as the Soaring Falcons ripped the San Sebastian College-Recoletos (SSC-R) Golden Stags, 81-61, in the quaterfinals of the 2019 Filoil Flying V Preseason Cup last June 17 at the Filoil Flying V Centre in San Juan.
Camacho tallied 11 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists in the game which propelled Adamson to its best finish in the annual tourney.
New foreign recruit Lenda Dounga had monster numbers of 17 points, 15 rebounds and 4 blocks, while Jerom Lastimosa had 14 points and three dimes.
The Falcons will next face the winner of the game between the San Beda Red Lions and one of their elimination round tormentors, the FEU Tamaraws for a ticket to the finals.
