Adieux yearbook delivered to your doorstep

Adamson University and Papeles, a courier company, have signed a MOA that includes, among others, the sending of unclaimed yearbooks to alumni. Papeles will charge the alumni for its services.

This is how it will go:

1.    Alumni who want to avail of this service may contact Papeles through telephone number (+632) 966-2225 or 776-9499 or visit Papeles.ph. Papeles will forward the full name (as a student) of the alumni, course and year graduated to Adamson and Adamson will check if the alumni has any unpaid balance or none. If none, Adamson will turn over the yearbook to Papeles, which will then send it to the alumni.

2.    However, if the alumni happens to still have an unpaid account with the university, he will have to come to the university to settle his or her account or pay through any of the accredited Bayad Centers of Adamson. The alumni will send proof of payment to Papeles, who will in turn send it to Adamson. Only then will Adamson turn over the yearbook to Papeles for sending.

3.    Once the yearbook is in the hands of Papeles, Adamson will have no accountability anymore.

4.    Those who want to avail of this service may contact Papeles now.

Notes:
-    The following yearbooks are available: 1989 to1996, 1998 to 2015.
-    Yearbooks 2016 and 2017 are still being printed.
-    From 2006 down, inclusion in the yearbook was not compulsory. If the picture of the graduate does not appear in those yearbooks, that means he or she did not avail/pay and therefore not entitled to a copy.
-    Those who want to claim their yearbook personally may come to the IDEA Office. If through a representative, present authorization letter and photocopy of the IDs of the graduate and of the representative.
