The Adamson University Art Gallery opened the art exhibit Moods and Meanings last April 2, 2019. Featured in the exhibit are abstract, semi-abstract and realistic works in traditional and mixed media by Adventist University of the Philippines (AUP) Fine Arts students and their professor.
Dr. Eunice Aclan, dean of the College of Arts and Humanities of AUP and multi-awarded artist Mr. Herbert Pajarito, an AUP alumnus, both gave their inspirational messages. They congratulated the young artists on their group show. They also encouraged them to pursue their art with hard work and determination to succeed because art is not an easy career that comes with instant rewards.
Dr. Lilee Galeon-Hayo, dean of the College of Criminal Justice of Arellano University; Fr. Andrew S. Bayal, CM, VP for Student Affairs of Adamson; Dr. Eunice Aclan; Mr. Herbert Pajarito; and Mr. Richmond Yap, director of Adamson’s Guidance Department did the ribbon cutting. Administrators, faculty, staff and some students of Adamson attended the opening.
The exhibit runs until April 26.
