Adamson Chorale wins another award

Still fresh from bagging the championship and being adjudged as Best Show Choir in the Manila Broadcasting Corporation National Choral Competition held at the Aliw Theater in Pasay City last December 8, 2018, the Adamson University Chorale earned another award when it was hailed 1st Runner-up in the 9th Fiesta Republica 2019 Timpalak Awit Makabayan held in Malolos, Bulacan last January 22, 2019. Mr. Darwin Vargas, the chorale conductor and trainer was named Best Conductor.
Although placing only second to the champion choir from Bataan, still the chorale considered it a significant feat as it also reaffirms its winning tradition. It will be recalled that the choir has brought home several trophies and medals, including being champion in the recent MBC National Choral Competition; 1st runner-up in the Timpalak Awit Makabayan Choral Competition at the Fiesta Republika 2018 in Malolos City, Bulacan; and the Grand Champion title in the 2nd Las Piñas Chorale Festival competition in March 2016.
The Adamson community proudly congratulates the chorale for its consistent record of excellent performances.
