The College of Architecture Women’s Volleyball Team fielded in the FASIA (Federation of Architecture Schools Involved in Athletics) 2018 Women’s Volleyball Competition clinched the championship for Adamson by sweeping twice-to-beat NU in three games.
In its nine years of participating in the league, the team had won second place several times. This year however, they refused to be relegated again to second place and they emerged on top, finally earning the coveted championship.
Coached by Ar. Roberto S. Duran, faculty of the College of Architecture, the team was composed of Katrina Mae D. Campomanes (team captain), Louise Elaine C.Asis, Anchei E. Aquino, Jalimay C.Cabading, Sheila Mae S.Corpuz, Jessica Z. Cueto, Julie Angelly D.Deondo, Mariztella Dimapilis, Erika Jullianne T.Fabro, Annavale A.Mateo, Mariss G.Pernia, Ma. Cristina C.Sheng, Abegaile Pae V.Telles, and Allysa Kim D.Sacayan. All players are Architecture students.
The Adamson University community proudly congratulates the volleyball team and the College of Architecture for this feat.
