The Adamson University Soaring Falcons ended up their game against the National University Bulldogs with another win in the ongoing UAAP Season 81 basketball eliminations at the FilOil Flying V Centre last September 29.
Simon Camacho, Sean Manganti and Jerrick Ahanmisi did their expected roles to make sure the Bulldogs kept struggling in the succeeding quarters after making a searing headstart for the Soaring Falcons.
The still undefeated Falcons dominated NU to remain at the top spot with a 5-0 record in the standings. Fans from the two schools were thrilled to see their respective teams and players show their hardcourt discipline and determination.
“Basically like what I anticipated in the game against UP, coming from a bad game they really played hard. Same thing with NU. They had a one-week game preparation for us and I anticipated that they’ll be coming out strong,” said Adamson head coach Franz Pumaren.
The Soaring Falcons will face the FEU Tamaraws at the Araneta Coliseum at 4:00 p.m on Sunday, October 7, 2018. Mervin Vince C. Lopez
