It all begins with a big win

UAAP Season 81 opened in digitally captivating ceremonies at the MOA Arena last September 8, 2018. Hosted by National University, it was anchored on the theme It All Begins Here.
On the following day, September 9, the Adamson University Soaring Falcons Men’s Basketball Team shocked defending champion Ateneo de Manila University Blue Eagles with a convincing 74-70 win. The Falcons introduced themselves to UAAP Season 81 with a bang, thanks to the gutsy moves of Jerrick Ahanmisi, Jerom Lastimosa, Sean Manganti, and Papi Sarr, and the important contributions from the rest of the team.
The win bodes well for the Falcons who are coming into the season fresh from a physically punishing but technically rewarding three-month training and some stints abroad with professional teams. Congratulations and good luck on the upcoming games.
