New Vincentian Certified Industrial Engineers, with one placing 4th

Twenty-five Industrial Engineering graduates form Adamson passed the 9th Industrial Engineering Certification Examination administered by the Philippine Institute of Industrial Engineers (PIIE) last November 26, 2017 in Manila and Cebu.
The bigger news is that one of them, Emerald A. Custodio, made it to the Top 10, placing 4th overall. In previous exams, Adamson harvested the top ranks, with 8 topnotchers in 2015 and 5 in 2016.
Out of 34 takers, 25 passed, thus giving the university a 73. 53% overall passing rate and 78.13% for the first-time takers – both figures way above the national passing rate of 56.89%.
On a nationwide count, 512 out of 900 successfully hurdled the exams.
