AdU organizes international conference on academic direction

Adamson University will be hosting the 1st International Conference on Redesigning, Re-engineering Academic Direction for Global Competitiveness (ICRRADGC 2017) on September 28-29, 2017 at the Manila Hotel.

The international conference aims to bring together more than 500 researchers, scientists, engineers, and graduate students from all over the globe to share their experiences, ideas, researches, and results in the field of Software Engineering, Incubation and Innovation, Health Science, Best Practices, and Business and Technology Education.

The conference will present papers on the following topics:

1) Incubation and Innovation with subtopics on Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Educators, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Management of Innovation;

2) New Business Ideas and Technology Applications with subtopics on e-Government, New Treatment Approaches, e-Commerce Business Models, Future Development of Business, Health Policies and Technologies, e-Business Application and Software, and Business Intelligence and Web Services;

3) Software Engineering with subtopics on Software Engineering as Applied to other Domain Disciplines, Methodological Aspects of Software Engineering Education, Cooperation in Education Between Industry and Academia; Exploring the Widespread Adoption of Mobile Device, Software Engineering in Non-Traditional Settings, Best Practices for Education and Training, Individual, Social, and Cultural Issues, Software and System Development, and Innovative Curriculum; and

4) Best Practices with subtopics on Pedagogy and Curriculum, Teaching and Learning Innovations, Technologies in Teaching and Learning, and Teaching and Learning in Higher Education.

Invited as plenary speakers are internationally renowned academicians and educators such as Dr. Imail D. Zain of the Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Mr. Takayuki Nakamura of the National Institute of Tecnology, Fukushima College in Japan, Dr. Abhiruj Chiangsom of Rangsit University in Thailand, and Ms. Diane Eustaquio, executive director of IdeaSpace.
