Readmission of Returning Student
- The student shall write and email a letter of request to the Dean/Chairperson
asking for readmission, together with attachment of filled-up Re-Admission Form
(F-REGS 309), and secure approval. *
The Office of the Registrar, Office of Students Affairs shall be copy furnished of
the said request
- Upon approval, the Dean/Chairperson shall endorse the request to the Office of
Student Affairs for clearance.
- Once cleared, the Office for Student Affairs shall endorse the request to the Office
of the Registrar for processing.
- The Office of the Registrar shall check the student’s account through Balance
Inquiry System.
- The student will receive a notification of the approved and processed request.
*For international students, latest Visa shall be attached along with the request.
