Dropping of Subject/s With Record


  1. The student shall write and email a letter of request to the Dean/Chairperson asking to drop subject/s, together with attachment of filled-up Dropping of Subjects with Records Form (F-REGS 311)

    NOTE: Students who wish to drop all subjects with record shall notify his/her professor/s through Blackboard or LMS.
  2. Upon approval of request, the Dean/Chairperson shall endorse the request to the Office of the Registrar for processing
  3. The student will receive a notification of approved and processed request.

    NOTE: Dropping of Subject/s with Record shall be from the second week after the start of classes until the Midterm examination period.
