Adamson University Concerned Adamsonians for Responsible and Empathetic Support (AdU-CARES)


The Adamson University concerned Adamsonians for Responsible and Empathic Support (AdU-CARES) is a peer-support group managed by the Guidance Office of Adamson University. It is comprised of volunteers advocating mental health and establishes a goal as a community where people could seek refuge in their times of need, promote positive mental health, and help in the positive development of individuals.

AdU-CARES started out as The Adamson University Semicolon Society when it was established in 2018 by Romar Malabrigo, Its first event is a collaboration with the Himig - Musicians of Adamson University entitled “Hand in Hand, Don’t Lose This Fight”. By 2019, the organization was renamed into Adamson University - Concerned Adamsonians for Responsible and Empathetic Support or AdU-CARES. During this year, the organization collaborated with the Adamson University Psychological Society for its Membership Drive.
